The Walt Disney Company and Environmental Tectonics Corporation End Five Year Long Legal Battle

The Walt Disney World Resort and Environmental Tectonics Corporation have ended a five year long legal battle.Environmental Tectonics Corporation, the designers of the 2003 "Mission:Space" attraction, had filed a lawsuit against the Disney Company stating that they were owed money on their work and that Disney had leaked design information to another corporation.
However, the Disney Company counter claimed that Environmental Tectonics Corporation had never met their contractual obligations, and that the cost to correct the companies' mistakes cost the Disney Company over $20 million.
No terms of the settlement were reported to the press.
