According to the New York Times, The Walt Disney Company has announced that they will begin to reinvent their retail stores, using a high-tech "Imagination Park" concept.
The company will be getting the assistance of Steve Jobs, the Apple chief executive, who is the largest individual Disney shareholder and a member of Disney's Board of Directors. Jobs has given Disney some information about Apple's retail store development and operations.
The "Imagination Park" store could have several Apple concepts attached to it, such as in-store theater areas to mobile checkout technology for sales associates.
