Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and the Disneyland Resort in California have recently made efforts to prevent the spread of Swine flu through in their parks.
Disney has installed dozens of hand sanitizer dispensers around its parks in both of its theme parks here in the States.
Zoraya Suarez, Disney Spokeswoman, said that this was a "part of our ongoing effort to help prevent the spread of the flu. We have a global team of leaders that constantly monitors information regarding H1N1 flu, and we continue to evaluate and make adjustments to operations as the situation evolves."
Park employees also have been given sanitizer for "high-touch" areas such as water fountains and telephones.
Disney has also received some of the H1N1 vaccines for employees of the park, specifically for the 18-24 age category, who is at a higher risk for contracting the disease.
