Disney Line Brawl Court Case Ends With A Battery Conviction

Victoria Walker, of Anniston, Alabama, was convicted of battery on Friday, April 11th, 2008 after an incident that took place at Walt Disney World in July of 2007.Walker, 51, was arrested when she caused a fight in line at the Mad Tea Party attraction at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. She had been yelling obscenities at Aimee Krause of Florida, and shoved two children that were with Krause. After that, Walker began to beat Krause until she was removed by security.
"I'm very pleased that she was convicted of a crime," Krause told the media.
Walker was originally charged with a felony of aggravated battery, but the jury convicted her of the lesser charge of battery.
