Disney Dining Experience -- Tables in Wonderland

Disney Dining Experience -- Tables in WonderlandDisney has announced that as of September 15, 2008, they will be launching a new name for the Disney Dining Experience. The new name will be Tables in Wonderland. 

The 13th annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, which commence on September 26 and end on November 9, will be celebrating Cities in Wonderland, thus the name change for the dining program.  The benefits will remain the same.  The change of name is simply a way to ensure that your Tables in Wonderland will not bear any resemblance to any other dining privileges that exist in Walt Disney World.

In addition to name change, the festival has may other special events in store for those who plan to attend.  They will be hosting the  Bocuse d'Or Culinary Competition which will take place from September 26 and 27 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. This event will be hosted by Al Roker and Dana Cowin, Editor in Chief, Food & Wine Magazine. the competition will allow the winner to represent the United States at the renowned Bocuse d'Or International Cuisine Competition which will take place in Lyon, France 2009.

Also, on September 27, a Gala Dinner will take place, however, Disney has not released any further informational on this event.
