Disney's All-Star Sports Resort Overview

Sports is the spectacle! Sections are themed around football, baseball, tennis, basketball and surfing. Two pools, one with a baseball theme, the other centered around water sports, provide a fun, family recreation area. This Value Resort also offers a food court, a pool bar, pizza delivery to your room, even convenient laundry facilities. Most rooms comfortably accommodate four people.

Disney's All-Star Sports Resort Hidden Mickeys

If you stand on Mickey's head at the Touchdown Hotel and face directly away from the Home Run Hotel, you can make a hidden Mickey out of the the O's on the playing field.
There is a Hidden Mickey in the landscaping on the perimeter. You have to go up to the third floor of the Hoops Hotel building "3", and go to the right-angle corner facing out into the woods (i.e. away from the rest of the resort). The hedge around the electrical transformer below, along with the shrubs on the edge of the woods, makes a Mickey.
A big "Mickey" welcomes you in front of All-Star Sports Resort hotel. The lower white base of the statue and the two smaller black circles on the ground take the shape of the head of a Hidden Mickey

I enjoyed my stay at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort very much. I loved the pools, food court, outdoor activities, and the easy access to the parks. However, I found a cockroach in my Guest room. Although, a very good family value resort.
