Our stay was at the Boardwalk Villas Oct. 9th thru Oct. 17th,2004. We stayed in villa 3108-10. Our view was over a quiet pool which was nice. This was the 1st and last time for us. The rooms were fine and most of the staff was frienly and cordial. During our stay, one day after visiting one of the parks, we came back to our villa and found our closet cleaned out with all of our empty luggage sitting in our bathroom. Our door to the balcony was open (nothing was missing). My husband notified the main desk in the lobby and at first no one down there seemed to know anything about it. Eventually we were told that one of the pipes had a leak in it that needed to be repaired. Had they left a note or even a phone message about the entry we would have been somewhat understanding. The staff at the main desk was nice,but from that day on whenever we left the resort we never felt comfortable about leaving our belongings behind. Thank goodness there are so many great resorts of which to stay because we are members of the Disney Vacation Club and plan to go back to WDW many, many times in the future.
