Hi,

I was wondering if anyone collects the Disney Collector PAcks?
I just started on my recent trip to WDW.  Its quite fun.
If you get duplicates, you can trade them for one you dont have at the Once Upon a Toy Shop.

I have some duplicates, if anyone would like to trade, jsut post here.

thanks

I bought those for the kids to trade with while we were in Disney. We got some really cool pins for them. Those are fairly new.

Hi.

The collector packs already have seven series.  You can get anything from Disney characters to replicas of WDW and DL resort attractions, and more.
They are approx. 5.00 and you get three figures in each.

There is also a holiday series back where you gt the characters dressed up for Christmas.

There is also a star wars series too. (This one is very popular)

There is also a collectors book (approx 10.00) at Once Upon a Toy Shop which you can buy to disply your collection.
Each book holds 18 (every series has 18 figures) which is a complete set.
The book has memory foam where you can put your figure and it stays, in place.

Some, depending on size of the figure you can put two in the same.  The book also has plastic windows for you to see your collection.
The book is quite big, and looks like there is four pages to it, but there is only two.

The figures are eve being sold on e bay for around 5.00 or more a piece depending on the figure of course.

I think this is fun to collect, offers something different from pins, and yes pins are fun to collect too :)

Tip:  I saw this on my recent trip to WDW.  A collector was looking at the star wars packs, and using his fingers to feel the shape of what may be insude the pack.  I thought that was interesting and tried it.  It does work, to a certain extent, if you feel a circle most likely its spaceship earth.
---Does not always work----depends on the shape of the figure----

Have fun collecting
Smile

I love these things!!!  Just got back from a week-long trip to WDW.  Saw them at Once Upon a Toy on my first night and then began buying them up at Animal Kingdom the next day... got my 2 favorites (Figment and Eeyore) in my first two packs... I was hooked.  It wasn't until I was in Hollywood Studios and searching for more packs that I was informed of the swap box at Once Upon a Toy... had to make another trip over there.  I was able to swap all of my duplicates, but didn't necessarily find the ones I really wanted in the box... if anyone ever wants a Hopper (from Bug's Life), there were tons of those.  I'm up to 49 figurines now and will have to purchase more packs at some point... just not going to pay the ridiculous prices on eBay.  If I get more duplicates, I will post here for trading.

I just got back from Disneyland last night and I am kicking myself for not buying a ton of these as I love collecting things and get completely consumed by it. I spent the three days in Disneyland and once I herad about the holiday packs I was consumed with finding them. I, however, kept my cool and rode on rides for hours and hours with my kids. Yesterday I was able to get a cast member to go in the back room and ge the holiday packs out for me. An hour later, fater feeling all the bags, I was confidant I got the holiday tinkerbell. I was right. But now I want any and all I can get as these are a great small way to display Disneyland. I actually plan on displaying these n a holiday village. So if any one has them and wants to sell them please let me know as I have pay pal. I do not want to spend more than retail (3 for $5) plus shipping. I am serious about this please I will take any and all you have as I only have three right now and am kicking myself for not buying a lot more.

The main one I really want is Jessica Rabbit.

Is there a main check list anywheer or can some one compile one for on here. For those of you who have huge collections I would suggest that you take individual pics and put them in a photobucket album so we can see more detailed pics.
